I’ve had it lately, and at first I thought it was angina but then I realized later it really was anxiety causing me to hyperventilate (thus causing the angina).
I’ve been a smoker for 15 years and just quit smoking it was so bad. I am on day 4. I went to the ER about it because I thought I was going to faint a few days ago.
I sometimes would get it after meals and when I would get low blood sugar. I recommend snacking on some fruit, celery, etc….whatever you can get and it should improve immediately. If it doesn’t, I recommend consulting a doctor.
