I’ve been a smoker for 15 years and just quit smoking it was so bad. I am on day 4. I went to the ER about it because I thought I was going to faint a few days ago.
I sometimes would get it after meals and when I would get low blood sugar. I recommend snacking on some fruit, celery, etc….whatever you can get and it should improve immediately. If it doesn’t, I recommend consulting a doctor.
I’m slowly moving towards phase 2 of the diet, so I’m reintroducing more vegetables. Maybe I can start eating some apricots or something. I’ll also keep the angina in mind. It seems like it has a lot of possible causes.
This is probably related to candida, because this only happens when my other symptoms are high.
