I haven’t noticed any link to eating certain foods. The headaches occur at all times of the day and rarely immediately after eating.
I am trying to follow the strict diet as much as possible. Eating mainly vegetables (asparagus, cabbage, zucchini, brocolli, swede, onion, garlic) organic eggs and organic lean chicken and lamb, some fish. I eat lots of coconut bread and some almonds & brazil nuts roasted in Coconut Oil. Brown rice, whole oats sometimes for breakfast. Hummus occasionally.
My gut has been pretty good since being on the protocol, I have not noticed any inflammation or constipation.
I’m curious to see if others are having similar issues with headaches. I have read that headaches are one of the symptoms of candida.
