Initially I fasted with vege soup and the website’s garlic/oil/ginger tonic.
For the last month I have been eating the following:
a) Greek yoghurt, oat bran, almonds, walnuts, dessicated coconut
or b) 2x eggs, 5x cloves garlic, parsley
or c) Salmon
Cucumbers and celery
a) Chicken, curry, coconut milk, onion, Greek yoghurt, cucumber, brown rice
or b) Chicken, broccoli/green beans/brussel sprouts, brown rice or quinoa
Milk kefir (homemade / with coconut milk added)
Water kefir (homemade / with ginger added)
Decaf kombucha (homemade)
Peppermint tea / milkthistle tea / camomile tea
Filtered water with lemon juice
Ginger and hot water
Coconut cream and hot water
Pure aloe vera juice
Coconut oil/coconut cream/dessicated coconut
Nuts: walnuts, almonds, macadamia
Raw-unfiltered apple cider vinegar cucmber pickles
Molybdendum (amino acid chelated): 2-4 per day
Probiotics: 2-4 per day (40-80 billion)
Vitamin C: 1 per day
Ashwagandha: 1 per day
Multi-vitamin: 1 per day
Vitamin D (doctor said I am deficient): 1 per day
Swedish bitters (alcohol version – the only one I could find here)
Caprylic acid / grapefruit seed extract (I took these in the first month, and then cut down)
Candex (I was taking these for a time, but dropped and broke the glass bottle, and had to throw them all out)
Zand Candida Quick Cleanse / Twinlab Yeast Fighters (tried these)
I live in Australia, and am yet to find somewhere to buy coconut flour.
