Brain fog is one of the first symptoms to disappear after a working protocol. The most difficult part are the intestinal symptoms in my experience.
That’s good news. Thanks!
I have not had noticable intestinal symptoms; so, at the moment, am just hoping for the brain fog to clear up.
If you don’t experience intestinal symptoms, I doubt you have a fungal intestinal overgrowth.
This syndrome is about an intestinal/genitourinary fungal infection and its symptoms around the body. Candida metabolic wastes and toxins are absorbed in the intestines causing brain fog and many more symptoms. If there isn’t fungus in the intestines, there isn’t toxic metabolites going to the bloodstream.
Brain Fog is one one of the main symptoms of Mercury Toxicity. You should look to more possible causes than candida. To have brain fog caused by candida, you must have a considerable fungal overgrowth that for sure will cause intestinal symptoms.
I did get bad die off symptoms including alot of gas after I started the diet.
I am presuming that I have at least some Candida, as I had the die off symptoms, and I have the chronic vaginal thrush (which is a Candidia infection).
I am not sure what the brain fog is a result of; I just presumed Candida.
