It is good to finally see a pattern at last. Even if there is a long way to go, knowing how to abate the symptoms (if only temporarily), is a great feeling. Before this, I had no absolutely idea how to clear my head!
Also, thank you for the references, I’ll certainly chase up those books.
I am quite sure that there is a link between digestive and psychological health; indeed, the GAPS diet also stresses the link.
Ultimately, it’s great to finally have a clear head…!
I think I’ll keep up a very minimalist diet for a while before starting to slowly introduce more foods, and I’ll see how I go.
