You definitely can eat candy, pizza, and a sandwich eventually and I encourage everyone to cheat occasionally so that they have the gut flora to process the bad foods they eat. You could go and eat that stuff right now if you wanted to, it’d just set you back 1-14 days depending on your level of infestation.
I’m interested in your idea about cheating. Are you talking burger and fries cheating or a granny apple cheating? How often should one cheat? I’ve only intentionally cheated 2x in like 15 months, and I worried about it setting me back. I still feel the need to stick pretty strict to phase 1, because I react to things like nuts (get a rash) and have even noticed phlegm from buckwheat
