I think the diet you describe shouldn’t be follow long term. I mean it is time for you to release the diet a little bit.
I think you need more nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
Meat, fish, dairy, eggs, vegetables and certain fats contain just about everything you need for health. What would you consider “release” from this diet? Grains and starches aren’t required for health and are much more trouble than they’re worth; not just for candida, but for just about any disease you could name.
