I think you need more nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
This is not so much a restriction for me. I am in general a paleo eater.
But yes it needs a bit of opening up since i won’t be eating nuts for a while. Any ideas what else i could include that is paleo?
I thought of taking spirulina, himalyan salt and wheatgrass as my nutrient sources. You think this would be bad for candida?
