If you currently drink coffee and are having trouble quitting it; I suggest the following path to finally get off of it in the long run.
1)Drink one 12oz coffee or less per day (reduce)
2)Switch to caffeinated green tea for a few weeks
3)Reduce use to when you need it most during the week. Switch to chamomile tea the rest of the week and you can even have it a few times per day. Steep it longer than 10 minutes and it’ll give you an energy boost similar to caffeine.
4)Drink chamomile tea only.
