Thank you jorge for the link, very good reading. I am amazed at the difference in diets I was with interest reading another approach which looks promising for healing the guts. Its called FODMAP and in that they say that garlic and onions are the first culprits to avoid. Saying that they are most responsible for problems. Interesting for me is that I react strongly to them. Now the question is, is that reaction I have a good one as a form of die-off or simply a reaction because my guts cant stand it.
