-Should I cut back on the pro-biotic pills I take? (100 billion 2x a day)
Reply: In order to create less die-off toxins, I would rather you keep antifungals at a bare minimum or stop them altogether rather than cutting back on your probiotic. One way to look at it is; you can cure the infestation without antifungals if you have to, but you can’t do it without beneficial bacteria changing the environment of the intestines and this is done with probiotics, kefir and Greek yogurt.
-When I take pro-biotics or have kefir or yogurt, do I need to limit the food I have in my stomach with them?
Reply: Take the probiotic on an empty stomach, at least one hour before food and two hours after. Eat the yogurt and have the kefir for snacks so that your stomach won’t be completely full when you have them. Follow the protocol as far as when to star t and how much kefir and yogurt to eat.
