Goat Milk Yogurt:
Heat milk 185 F not more than that, goat milk is more delicated than cow’s
Let it cool to 77 – 80 F
set apart 1 cup of milk and disolve the GI pro start = Yogurt starter you can buy it in http://www.GIprohealth.com, you can use good goat yogurt or cow’s as well for the starter.
mixe it with the other milk and pour in the glass jars of the machine (I use the yogurt maker machine eurocuisine), I live it for 24 hours and then put it in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours before i eat it. I love it , my daughter too.
