I’m on stage 2 since yesterday and was wondering if hazelnut and goat milk are allowed?
That depends on a lot of things. How long were you in stage 1? What are your symptoms or reactions to foods at this time? What did your foods on stage 1 consist of?
Also what is your take on oats? Again I found different websites stating different things. I saw 100% organic oats, which I thought would be fine?
I would hold off on regular oats and eat only oat bran such as the kind shown in the link.
