The only reason actually why I went working out was because I read it helps with the detoxing. I definitely dont feel like having the energy for it but I wanted to support my body by working out and drinkiny bentonite clay. I’ll drop the work outs now.
In terms of the foods that you would introduce earlier, which is btw extremely great news for me, which foods and when would you introduce them exactly given my time schedule above? Move forward everything by one week? I.e.
this week: introducing a) 1st vitamin; b) 1st food item e.g. coconout flour; c) kefir; d) 2nd antifungal: coconut oil (already eating garlic)
next week: introducing a) unsweetened greek organic yoghurt; b) 2nd vitamine; c) 2nd food item; d) 3rd antifungal: Acid SF722
Re oat bran, I cheated a few times with this ahead of important meetings. I didnt have any reactions from it. So when you say you can have it when you’re ready, could I already it eat it now or wait, and if so how long?
What milk could I have it with? I understand from your post that almond milk would be fine, but I actually couldnt find a particular unsweetened almond milk, only unsweeteend soja milk. Are both okay?
I understand it can take all a long time.. I’m actually surprised that the overgrowth on my skin disappeared so quickly. But the urticaria/hives are much more consistent, so I expect it to take a while, especially because I have had it now for over 13 years and never really cared about it (b/c I didnt understand and doctors told me to live with it).
