I would consider cutting out the almond milk, almonds, and pumpkin seeds as they contain molds. If you have a week without eating these, you may notice that you heal faster and some of your symptoms lessen.
I would get vitamin C with bioflavanoids in the future as they have anti-allergy properties.
I would also consider trying out bitters for digestion and healing leaky gut.
Instead of the multivitamins I would take a trace mineral vitamin (something like calcium, magnesium, zinc all in one). The reason able suggests not using a multivitamin is because it contains incorrect daily amounts of the minerals you need, possibly creating a deficiency or too much of a vitamin in your body.
Milk thistle is useful for healing the liver also.
