Just one more thing that diet it to be followed for about 8 to 16 months so what I will eat for having energy and don´t lose weight? Cause eating just 5 or 6 eggs, 2 or 3 soupspoon of coconut oil, some fish or meat, vegetables and 2 or 3 slices of coconut bread. I mean I love that menu but it doesn´t have enought calories. It just have like 1200 or something like that. One more thing raster. Is coconut oil good for calories and energy?
