i am following the forums diet, 3-4 eggs every day, 2-3 a week chicken 2 times a week fish and thats pretty much it for the main foods along with oatbran flaxseeds yogurt, all the good stuff. so which probiotic should i go for after i get better and comfortable with the 50 billion? up the dose to 100 billion maybe?
