princeofsin: Interesting! Where did you find that out? I am convinced that a lot of my health problems stem from being estrogen dominant so I would like to avoid estrogen producing foods but am not sure what those are? I did not know this of flax seeds and have been using it a little bit daily. But I have also not managed to lessen the inflammation in my body (caused by high estrogen, I presume). Is reducing estrogen a matter of consuming more omega 3 and less omega 6 for example?
Any links/info you could share where I can find out more what foods to avoid, and what to have?
