Skin problems continue to get worse everyday. Which they were already before the diet, but over the last couple days it seems it’s spreading more then usual. It’s very frustrating because I’ve obeyed the diet to the T. My derm said my skin wouldn’t react in a positive way for 2 weeks after starting the diet. I do feel better physically, but my skin was the whole reason I did the diet. Am I expecting too much too soon? It just would make me so happy to notice some kind of improvement and know what I’m doing is going to work in the long run.
