If I’m not experiencing any constipation do I still need to cut out the beef? I’m not sure how to double the amount of food I eat…I feel so limited with what I can eat and the amount of time I have to prepare a meal. I have a daughter that is 11 months old and requires a lot of attention. Do you have any suggestions on what I can add? Any suggestions on substitutions for the nuts?
