4 eggs would probably be enough with kefir and the bread. If you sauté some vegetables with some garlic, onions and herbs/spices, and then add the eggs at the end and scramble them in til they’re just cooked, you can avoid the sort of strong flavour/smell you get from boiled eggs. This makes an ok breakfast depending on the vegetables.
Eggs and kefir will add fat too, so you just need to make sure you get enough ghee, CO, olive oil, duck fat and choose fatty fish/meat when you eat it. Try counting calories for a day or two to see how close you are to your GDA, although you can go over that if you still don’t have energy. Make sure you check your vitamin D and thyroid status too; deficiencies could set you back.
