Doubling the dose is one way of doing this. But I don’t think I remember saying to get four bottles of one kind. And I see that I typed that it’s a good probiotic “to start with.” : )
The oat bran bread is made by using the coconut bread recipe. Just use oat bran in place of coconut flour. You’ll have to use more bran than you do coconut flour however to make the mixture thick enough. There’s a note at the bottom of the post about this.
I’ve never seen a situation where a forum member actually obtained a copper deficiency from taking molybdenum, but if you feel unsafe taking it, you can balance the molybdenum with a copper supplement if you want to.
Okay, I’ll drink it, just how much? Is a cup at each meal good? Plus, I did add about 1/3 cup of grape juice to my second batch of fermenting kefir, but everyone said this is okay, cause the sugar goes out, right?
Start with a half cup of kefir and work up to one cup a day at least.
The grape juice; I guess some members think this is ok, and who am I to argue since I’ve never tried it.
