I know tons of people use them yet still doctors warn against them. Saying there’s risk of internal bleeding and killing all the good bacteria. If they are 100 % safe, why do doctors say this? On what do they base their advice?
I think the only real risk is that the water can’t distinguish between good bacteria/yeast and bad. It washes everything away.
I did a series of enemas back in the beginning of my treatment. I didn’t notice any effects from them. I do not suffer from constipation, those that do find relief in them.
I believe those that are having succes are doing in home enemas with antifungal powders or probiotics. This is completely different then a professional enema.
