I am finding that I get a reaction from both buckwheat and quinoa. I left quinoa out for quite some time, and I decided to try some yesterday morning. I def. got a reaction! I didn’t feel too hot the rest of the day. Everyone reacts differently! I am believing more and more is just better to watch your carb intake, use some coconut flour in recipes, eat more veggies, etc. is the best strategy. However, what other kind of flours could I use? I know, I know, but I can handle rice stuff sometimes, but I feel I still have to consider my gastroparesis at times even with the pacemaker (it is a tool, helps, but not a cure!). Some stuff just sits heavy on me. I hate it how I have to consider both aspects sometimes, gastroparesis, no colon, and candida. Frustrating!!!
