Thanks for the update. I basically experience the same symptoms now when I cheat (eat poorly) when compared to you, but I am not eating a diet that is similar to yours. I have a feeling I could eat something like your diet and feel pretty good though. My main thing is I just feel really strange after eating those items, like I am on a drug (mainly to the white sugar and wheat). It occurs for maybe an hour and then I feel pretty normal. I think the amount of energy within wheat and sugar somehow throws us off, since we are so detoxed and pure.
Anyways, I’m glad your at a place where you feel rather comfortable with your health and wish you luck on your endeavors.
