Great to hear from you Jeorge! I am happy to hear you are doing so well. I am also happy with where I am now as well. Because I was so ill last year, honestly I don’t really have much courage to go further than I am. I do not intend of returning grains to my diet, but this is more of a health choice than guided by candida or gluten intolerance. I didn’t even test if I could do it or not. I did add some fruit, brown rice (in some recipes it’s just not it without the rice but I am mostly on hunter-gatherer diet because I like it), cheese, small amounts of honey (I really can’t find ways to like stevia even though I am still trying) in my morning oat bran porridge, some beans, occasional potato other root vegetables. At times my stool would be softer, but mostly it’s just normal. I do get gas from time to time, but not bloating. For me I think I am doing well healing my leaky gut with bone broth naturally, and I feel that I still have lots of work to do to rebuild my gut flora and do believe that remaining periodic mild symptoms (such as gas) are due to lack of good guys in my flora.
Same as you raster, I get head buzz from anything that contains more starch or some form of sugar. Like a drug! It’s so weird, isn’t it?
