I’ve been going with decaf green tea since it also helps clear out the system (*detox) and, if in a pinch and really need some caffeine which is rarely now since I’m pretty much laid out battling this, I find the small amount of caffeine in regular green tea to be enough to get me going. When I was a several cups a day coffee drinker, I never felt any effects of caffeine from regular green tea.
