I’d cut out the rice and replace with buckwheat, similar flavor and texture but way less starch. It tastes rather good with my recipe (add basil, rosemary, olive oil and sea salt). Buckwheat is also a prebiotic while rice is not (as far as I know).

A lot of the other thorne products are great for fighting candida as well; I just don’t know anything about them and how they should be used.
I would soak those nuts to remove the molds or remove them entirely.
