Exercising may lower your immune system too much when on the candida diet. Some people have complained of feeling ill after doing exercise while their body recovers. However, in general exercise is good and important; I would start doing regular exercise after about 1 month into the diet if I were to redo things myself. You are very low on energy in general and it sorta sets you back.

As far as the bitters; you put them at the back of your mouth/tongue and let it sit there for a bit. You can also get swedish bitters which have no alcohol. Start this 2 weeks into the diet.
