Thanks so much its good to hear others input when you’re struggling. I will defo try the ashwaghanda and yes have been breathing etc, but I just get carried away with negative thoughts and I know its no good but I have to try and break it. Sometimes I am just very uptight about everything and I have found it hard to get perspective on candida – as in how serious an health issue is it ?? The concept of candida has been an anxiety source and the candida itself is too.
Able its hard for me to tell when I got the infestation I think it was just before I got married 7 years ago – I first noticed a small red rash on my face – and I was eating buckets of raisins as was keeping my weight down but eating raisins as a snack so since then I suppose there were a fair few tell tale signs and anxiety was a big one for me.
Today I ve been having weird eye feelings, like they are really heavy and delayed in their movements and sometimes like its hard to focus clearly, its been really worrying me – does this sound like another candida symptom, and could I develop new types of candida symptoms even though I’ve been dealing and familiar with my other candida symptoms now for 6-7 months and stickng to the diet. As always I appreciate your kind input and practical thoughts.
