You mentioned in your previous post that one of your main complaints is bloating. Personally if I eat a food that is considered borderline on the diet one of the reactions I sometimes get is bloating. It may be possible that in fact those food like potatoes or brown rice is causing your bloating.
Another thing worth trying, but it takes real extreme discipline is juicing with only veges and spices of course. I feel it takes all the joy out of the meal, but my body rips through the food because when you drink your meal from a smoothie machine and it’s readily available to your bodies cells. My guess is this would help you if you could at least juice your breakfast.
