I’m eating non-starchy veg and salad. Occasional fish. Veg list:- eggplant, spinach, onion, garlic, cabbage, I have only just started to eat carrots after 6 weeks, cucumber, zuchini,capsicum lettuce and tomatoes.
Lakanto(from body ecology website which is a candida allowed sweetener)
Various spices and herbs
Lemon in water (but not every day)
I have just added a little greek yoghurt a green apple and some uncontaminated gluten free oats.
Body ecology vitality greens 1 scoop in almond and coconut milk in the morning.
Thorne SF722 4 x twice daily
Metagentics Probex 2 x twice daily
Ambrotose GI pro balance once a day
Ambrotose powder (in tiny amounts now because you have just made me aware that it is a prebiotic as confirmed by mannatech and I was having huge die off with it in high doses)
Coconut oil, sometimes added in my morning green shake and sometimes used for oil pulling in mouth, always used in cooking coconut bread.
I am still waiting for my order of molybdenum to arrive and am hoping it will help with the die off symptoms. Its the Thorne one that we spoke about in the picolinate form.
