Well, I don’t know what you’re eating, but I would try doing something closer to the strict diet for a few weeks and see if you feel any different. I also used to have heart palpitations until I stuck with this for a month or so…now I only get them if I overeat.
I’d say about 75% of the challenge of this whole thing is getting into a better mindset about it and just making new routines for yourself.
Why does your doc say no buckwheat? Just curious…it’s a prebiotic and has easily digestible protein.
