I am on a diet from my Holistic Dr. Which is probably closest to the website diet. But then there are things on there I can’t have like buckwheat.
Thanks for the idea about the shapes but I think I’m way beyond anything like that to peak my interest. I’m not looking at food as special treat time at all…I never have really been that way. I eat when hungry and at times have even skipped meals because I have gotten so into my art or just life in general,that I kept putting it off. Not now though because with this diet I must eat..it is very different.
