Buckwheat isn’t really a further restriction. It’s high in protein and fairly filling. I don’t think you’ll find that switch to be a problem. You just gotta hang in there, pre-make a lot of food, and eat whenever you’re hungry. If you’re still hungry, just keep eating more veggies and coconut oil. The coconut bread is also filling, eggs, that sort of thing. Your body will even itself out, I promise!
