Jorge, I don’t think anyone on here is saying that you can be “cured” with only a change in diet. Everyone seems to agree that antifungals are a part of the treatment.
Apples have a fair bit of sugar in them, so I avoid them. Sour apples will probably be one of the first fruits I add back in, but not until I am sure that my symptoms are gone for awhile and it feels safe. I just don’t feel like an apple is worth the risk when there are plenty of other foods available that are safer to eat.
Greek yogurt (plain, of course) is good because of the probiotics in it. I eat it a few times a week…dairy still squicks me out some…I was vegan before this and I really dislike dairy, so I don’t have it too often.
