Hey ichigo, I have just gone through what you are going through now. I did 3 days of the cleanse without any eggs. On day 4 I started adding eggs and I feel much better. Day 3 was the worst for me although I had different reactions to you. I’m on day 5 now.
I’m not saying that adding eggs is what made me feel better, (maybe you’ve been having eggs all the time, i dont know) but just that I feel better now compared to the worst i’ve ever felt.
So from my experience alone i would suggest you hang in there because you may soon feel better. And be sure you are taking all the right things to help with the die off.
Edit, i’m also not saying to not move onto the actual diet – that is totally up to you.
