That’s a tough one to answer. Depends really on your level of infestation, the antifungals you are using and how closely you are following the protocol.
I started roughly a month ago and the first two weeks I was bed ridden with die off and that was using antifungals that weren’t on the protocol. Last week my die off was starting to subside a little bit. Yesterday I finally started my virgin coconut oil and I have taken 5 teaspoons today and I feel like I’ve been hit by a transport truck. My body aches are extreme as well as my neck stiffness and I am even on molybdenum. I can only imagine how bad this would be right now if I wasn’t taking it. I feel like I’m almost as bad as the first week minus the nausea.
So 4 weeks in and I probably am not even at the halfway mark yet. The web pages that say die off can last anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks is kind of laughable. I haven’t heard too many stories on this forum of people lasting 3 days or 2 weeks. It’s usually 2-5 months and than 12 months to 18 months for full recovery.
I’m hoping I fit into the 2-5 months range to see symptoms subside and live a regular life. I can handle waiting for a full recovery as long as I am not stuck in my house for a year waiting to feel better.
This virgin coconut oil is insane. I can’t believe how powerful it is.
