I thought I was doing ok on the diet front. I have been following the list of foods to eat as on this website. Breakfast I have chickpea toast made with no gluten, sugar or yeast. I drink hot water with freshly squeezed lemon throughout the day. Lunch and supper consist of quinoa or brown rice with roasted veg or salad. I used to eat lentils but saw this wasn’t allowed.
I run about 40k a week so do need some carbohydrate and have already lost 5 kilos and don’t want to lose much more.
If I am desperate for something sweet I allow myself a Wheat free sugar free gluten free biscuit.. Sweeter with xylitol. So I thought I was doing ok! I have had these symptoms for about two years hence doing this diet, but the only thing that has lessened is the terrible nausea I suffered. Otherwise I remain tired most of the time, but. Do have an under active thyroid so blame that very often.
Any ideas welcomed! Thanks 😉
check with the amount of fibre you take. Be lower on the high fibre veggies and see if it helps you. It helped me a great deal to do a low fibre diet.
