Hot baths definitely did that to me at the beginning of the diet for me (and still do sometimes). There were a couple when I almost fainted when I got out. I had to lie in bed up to an hour sometimes just to be able to move. It’s just your body trying to get rid of the toxins. So the heat and the salts do contribute. However, don’t push yourself too much. your liver is the organ in your body most capable of rejuvenation. Your heart is not. That said, if you soak in as a hot a bath as you can bear for as long a time as you can manage, you will feel so much better later.
