Do you mean like a whole day or more of fasting? I’ve seen this mentioned on Hyperlipid (just started reading it). I’d heard fasting was good for you before, but wrote it off as “alternative” nonsense, but studies have shown it can lower fasting insulin and glucose levels, keep your liver healthy and even help fight off cancer. Do you have more than 30g/day of carbs in your diet? Some people were saying they didn’t feel hungry after 2-days of fasting.
