So lets get a breakdown here. After increasing coconut oil from 1/3 a spoon to 6 spoons you have diarrhea. So it appears that the coconut oil is causing the diarrhea; you then should stop taking it if is causing so many problems. Have you done this yet?
I would consider eating some solid foods and maybe going off the diet. Pumpkin, cinnamon, salmon, etc. are all great anti-inflammatory foods. What is your diet like? Are you still juicing? If so, I would stop juicing immediately.
I’d eat things we don’t normally recommend on the diet like rice, potatoes, etc. just temporarily until your digestion normalizes. Try out some soup. I just would avoid the big no no’s such as grains, molds, dairy, etc.
