If you have SIBO and are constipated, etc. then a bunch of bad bacteria is likely benefitting from this environment so its likely much more than yeast by itself.
If your urine is dark like that then this can indicate a variety of problems such as liver/kidneys not working optimally and possible dehydration, etc. This all comes hand in hand with a digestive disorder that has been left unaddressed.
We aren’t going to diagnose you but in general I would treat this as a general digestive problem and find the best way to address it.
