I would like to see some relief, but from what I read I can’t afford to be sick from the cleansing portion. My job is too demanding right now. I’m not one to take any kind of mess for just any reason. I also hate doctors (no offense). My doc just said she was going to refer me to a specialist if nothing shows up on this last set of blood tests. This is usually when I do some research and look into some crazy diet and skip seeing any type of doctor for a few years. I am sick and tired of feeling…blah! Thanks again!
I strongly encourage you to continue with a gluten free diet. Totally gluten free like if you were a Celiac positive.
Watch the results after 3 or 6 months. It is very common for Celiac sufferers to have fungal overgrowth because they have a deficient immune system.
The opposite is also possible, most candida sufferers develop intolerance to gluten.
There is an experimental theory claiming candida trigger Celiac.
