I just read a report from an independent website concerning Lactulose, and it really sounds like the perfect find for a constipation problem. It also reduces the level of ammonia in your blood which would be great for a Candida sufferer, however … there was quite a warning reported along with the many positive aspects of the supplement.
WARNING: If you are suffering from food poisoning, allergy, digestion problems, appendix problems, diabetes, a high blood galactose level, or rectal bleeding do not a Lactulose solution. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future, then you should not use a Lactulose solution.
