well the way you are supposed to do it is by not eating any meats for 14 days, eat just vegetables, this gives your liver a break and a chance to cleanse… stage 1. Then you can have meats after that for stage 2.
What i find helps the most is to eat as little as you need to. Try eating a few kinds of fruit on an EMPTY stomach and see if it helps, its part of what cured me. Never eat any amount of sugar.. any amount is too much. After your clear maybe you can have sugar again somewhere down the road if you detox your body properly.
If you ask me you are better off staying away from any foods that there is any possibiity you might be allergic to, like wheat, gluten, beef. If theres any allergens in your system itll just be more for your liver to deal with. Eat lotsa veggies, almonds (chew extremely well), blueberries, strawberries, apples (eat the seeds too), lots of broccoli (it has lots of calcium and vitamin C). spinich, advocados, lots of chicken and turkey, with brown rice. Put lots of spices on your foods: cayenne, pepper, sea salt, cloves, garlic. For cooking oil either use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.. tastes soo good. By eating organic it will give your liver a break as well.. its all about the liver health, my candida is pretty much gone now tho and i hardly eat organic.
