Yes, the possibilities all sound serious, but after reading your last post about the yeast infections, fungal nails, and even the anal fissure, I would put my money on a Candida overgrowth being your problem. By the way, one of the causes of anal fissures is Candida albicans. I would worry less about a Candida overgrowth than all the other possibilities. However, you do need to start treating the overgrowth before it grows even worse.
For starters, read the protocol that the members are following as well as the information about a cleanse if you decide to do this. The cleanse isn’t absolutely necessary, especially if you work full-time, but it does give you a good start to the treatment.

I hope its only a candida overgrowth and not IBS, because I have trouble passing stool. Is that also a symptom of candida overgrowth?
If I do have candida overgrowth, wouldn’t they see it in the lab?
