I would consider a rotation diet with proteins. Did you get a diet structure with the test results? Did your test results give you a number of how your blood reacted to it? Did you go a lab to have your blood taken, or was it a pin prick test? (hopefully the former)
I had a FACT test done by Genova Diagnostic & my results were quite surprising but not too bad.
What I researched about the IgG food intolerance test made me think twice about having it, although I would be interested in seeing results. A naturopath told me that finding out what is wrong with the gut & fixing that, will fix the food intolerances also. Where as food allergy test are a better indicator of what you really need to avoid long term.
