All of those items contain starch, sugar, or molds so I don’t know what to say. What meats are you allergic to?

Have you noticed any allergies to eggs or did you find out only from the test?

Teff is very high in protein and is a good source of nutrition. Did this come up on the test?

You can get protein from the grains in general…

If you can handle buffalo, I would order up some buffalo sausage and steaks and eat that while on the diet. Pork is an OK option but it takes 2-3 days to digest pork.

Nuts contain molds which set you back significantly on the diet, might be worse than sugar. If you roast the nuts in the oven after soaking them for a few hours, this should eliminate most of the mold. You can also make homemade almond butter after soaking the almonds.
